A non returnable deposit of £30 per person is requested to confirm booking. Telephone bookings must be confirmed in writing within 48 hours.
No allowance can be made for meals not taken or rooms not occupied for the period booked.
Holiday Cancellation
A Booking must be cancelled six weeks prior to holiday to enable the proprietors to re let the accommodation. If this is not possible then 65% of the account is liable. Cancellations within 48 hours of arrival will result in the total account being payable.
